Across all databases?

Thanks for the suggestions Barry.

To answer your questions:
- Yes, the server is in the ACL, full manager rights incl Deletions.
- Yes, running the latest ODS
- Yes, DB's are compacted. I have done a copy style compact and have also run a fixup - just in case...

The strange thing is that this is across the whole server. It's like it does not remove deletion stubs on any of the databases. I have checked the logs to ensure the updall does in fact run at 2am, and it does. I have also manually run it.
